1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Munch Prep website and services (operated by Munch Prep LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Munch Prep provides weekly meal preparation and delivery services in the Utah Valley area. We offer ready-to-eat meals delivered to addresses within our service area. Menu options, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders must be placed before the weekly deadline (Thursday at midnight) for the following week.
• During launch mode, orders are requested manually by email and confirmed before payment is collected.
• Prices listed on the website include the cost of the meal only. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be confirmed with your manual order request.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Meal Plans

During launch mode, meal plans are used to build a manual request. Once online subscriptions open, plans will be billed weekly at the rate shown at enrollment and may be upgraded, downgraded, skipped, or canceled from your account dashboard.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within our Utah Valley service area. We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected time window but cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Delivery is free for plans with 10 or more meals per week; smaller plans may include a $9.99 delivery fee confirmed with your manual order request.

6. Allergens and Dietary Information

We provide ingredient lists and allergen information for all meals on our website. While we take precautions to prevent cross- contamination, our kitchen processes common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish. Munch Prep is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our meals. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Munch Prep provides meals on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munch Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
