1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Munch website and services (operated by Munch Prep LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Munch provides weekly meal preparation and delivery services in the Utah Valley area. We offer ready-to-eat meals available for pickup at designated locations or delivery to addresses within our service area. Menu options, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders must be placed before the weekly deadline (Thursday at midnight) for the following week.
- Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- Prices listed on the website include the cost of the meal only. Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown during checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Meal Plans
Meal plans are billed weekly at the rate shown at the time of enrollment. You may upgrade, downgrade, skip a week, or cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect the following week. No refunds are issued for the current week once the ordering deadline has passed.
5. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery is available within our Utah Valley service area. We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected time window but cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Pickup orders must be collected during the posted hours at the selected location. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled date may be discarded.
6. Allergens and Dietary Information
We provide ingredient lists and allergen information for all meals on our website. While we take precautions to prevent cross- contamination, our kitchen processes common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish. Munch is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our meals. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.
7. Limitation of Liability
Munch provides meals on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
