Yes. You can order individual meals a la carte anytime. Meal plans just give you a better per-meal price and the convenience of a weekly routine.
Orders close Thursday at midnight for the following week. Meals are prepped over the weekend and ready for pickup or delivery on Monday.
We have two pickup locations: one in Provo and one in Orem. Exact addresses and hours are shown during checkout.
We currently deliver throughout Utah Valley, including Provo, Orem, Lindon, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, and Springville. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
Delivery is free on your first order. After that, Standard and All-In plan members get free delivery. Starter plan members and a la carte orders have a small delivery fee.
Our meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. They are never frozen, so you get that fresh-cooked taste every time.
Most meals are ready to eat in about 2 minutes. Just remove the lid, microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, and enjoy. Heating instructions are printed on every container.
Yes. Every meal is weighed and portioned precisely. Calories, protein, carbs, and fat are printed on each container and match what you see on our website.
Yes. We rotate the menu weekly so you never get bored. New meals drop every Monday. Some fan favorites make regular appearances.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime from your account dashboard. Changes take effect the following week.
Yes. You can pause or skip any week from your account settings. Just make sure to do it before the Thursday ordering deadline.
The main difference is the number of meals per week and the price per meal. The more meals you order, the lower your per-meal cost. All plans include full menu access and the ability to skip or cancel anytime.
We list all ingredients and common allergens for every meal on our menu and nutrition pages. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat.
Yes. Many of our meals are naturally gluten-free or dairy-free. You can filter the menu by dietary preference to find meals that fit your needs.
We offer several keto-friendly options each week. Look for the 'keto' tag on the menu. These meals are high in protein and fat with minimal carbs.
