During launch mode, choose a meal plan, pick your meals, and send a manual request by email. We will confirm availability, delivery details, and payment before the first drop.

You can choose 4, 8, 10, or 16 meals per week. Larger plans have a lower per-meal price.

Orders close Thursday at midnight for the following week. Meals are prepped over the weekend and delivered the next week.

Munch Prep is delivery-only right now. Pickup may be added later, but current orders are delivered to your address.

Our first limited drop is focused on Provo and Orem. Broader Utah Valley delivery will be confirmed as we expand.

Delivery is free for plans with 10 or more meals per week. Plans under 10 meals have a $9.99 delivery fee.

Our meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. They are never frozen, so you get that fresh-cooked taste every time.

Most meals are ready to eat in about two minutes. Remove the lid, microwave for 90 seconds to two minutes, and enjoy. Heating instructions are printed on every container.

Yes. Every meal is weighed and portioned precisely. Calories, protein, carbs, and fat are printed on each container and match what you see on our website.

Yes. We rotate the menu weekly so your routine has variety. New meals drop every Monday. Customer favorites make regular appearances.

Once subscriptions open, you will be able to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. During launch mode, we will confirm any recurring plan manually by email.

The main difference is the number of meals per week and the price per meal. The more meals you order, the lower your per-meal cost. All plans include full menu access and the ability to skip or cancel anytime.

We list all ingredients and common allergens for every meal on our menu and nutrition pages. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat.

Yes. Many of our meals are naturally gluten-free or dairy-free. You can filter the menu by dietary preference to find meals that fit your needs.

We offer several keto-friendly options each week. Look for the 'keto' tag on the menu. These meals are high in protein and fat with minimal carbs.
